2. The double room designed with the washroom and kitchenette placed in-between the two queen beds ensures that the privacy of each respective person is maintained in the shared space.

3. A fresh and quality breakfast that is distinguished from existing hotels where the food is simply pre-made and re-heated.

4. A small convenience store to sell food and alcoholic beverages that can be easily heated with the in-room microwave upon check-in.

5. A comparatively reasonable price than those of existing franchise hotels.

6. A rewards program that allows customers to gain more benefits depending on their frequency of the hotel.
